the article was a very nice reding and now I will have something to start with.
Actually I have planned to visit the CTT 08 to see more about this market.
I think Russia do not have interest to develop this business and it is more sensitive about oil gas electricity. It is understandeble as they have so much row material available that bring money easer and faster.
I will let you know my feeling as soon I will be back from Moscow next month.
