After the card burned out, it took out the VCM. There was a bulletin from raymond saying that anytime a component is removed from the lift heat sink it must be replaced with a new component. In this case the truck owner scrapped the truck due to the cost of VCM. Never did resolve the original problem unfortunately. sorry wasnt more help. The raymond tech that I spoke with said it was probably the IGBT on the heat sink starting to fail.
