Forkingabout we have well over 2000 jungheinrichs in out uk fleet and at least that number again from 2 other manufacturers all owned by us. The rule is if they want to sell to us we expect the same package for our own engineers that Jungheinrich etc engineers get so yes we have The same laptop the Jungheinrich engineers have with Judit, steds for our still trucks and BT/Toyota tablets etc. I spoke to somebody I know at nacco and was told they would release the software to us it was an issue with Briggs who saw pound notes when they realised how big out fleet was and all the salesman could go on about was setting up a full maintenance contract for them to maintain them.
