Hi guys,

I was wondering if there was anybody out there who could help me with a braking issue with an Ausa C 250 H x 4 in our workshop? My experience on these machines is very limited, haven't worked on that many, and its hard to get any information on these at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
What's happening is: when the machine is driven in either direction and service brake applied to stop, when foot comes off the brake pedal you can hear and feel a loud shock through the machine. Not too bad when soft braking, but still there. Major when hard braking applied. Also now can feel and hear loud shock when direction switch on control handle is put into neutral position, park brake switched to apply park brake and when ignition switched off, loud shock through machine is heard and felt. As I said I haven't had much to do with these forklifts so any help would be great......Thank you.

Brett.
