Discussion:
Regulator valve piston in valve body sticking

Guys:

We are having a reocurring issue that needs resolved! The valve regulator piston is hanging up in the valve body that is causing a pump pressure "spike". This "spike" in pressure is blowing out the forward gear clutch pack and wiping out the gear, clutch drum and the snap ring in the groove of the drum. The following part numbers are involved in this issue: Valve regulator#: 32737236071. 6 series transmission s/n: 920698. Transmission model#: 32050U2131-71. Lift Truck model#: 6FGCU25. S/N of unit: 78789. This issue happens on 1999 lifts. Unfortunately, our local dealer has been reluctant to assist on this issue and we are eager to learn how we can rectify this problem. Your input us greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Jeff Starkey

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
