Step 1: Restart the switch
Step 2: Configuration.
1）Power up the 3560 after pressing the MODE key.
2）Select the first item of "flash_init" on the menu that appears.
3）Rename the "flash: config.text" file
4）Reboot the switch
5）When you are asked whether to configure or not, select NO.
6）The password is not needed when you log in from privileged mode to user mode.
7）Restore the configuration file renamed just now.
8）Replace the previous configuration file with the current configuration file.
9）Modify the password
