Crown RR5200S:
Reach/ Retract malfunction

If anyone could help me out with this problem I would greatly appreciate it. I have an rr 5200s having a problem with reach and retract when using thumb wheel to reach will only reach and retract the one time after that gets stuck, then you have to rekey machine each time.

sounds like a break in the wire inside the insulation on cable that goes to the reach solenoids, either over the mast cables or on the reach carriage itself.

Unfotunately it is not shutting down however we just replaced m2 and pump so i figured maybe the valves needed to be recalibrated, when i try to recalibrate gets code 254 so i followed the flow chart still nothing.

If it is shutting down, you probably have a code. Troubleshoot the code.

Why are denim jeans traditionally blue? While most natural dyes penetrate the cloth fibres when heated, the indigo dye binds externally to the cloth's threads and doesn't reach the core of the yarn. With each washing some of the dye molecules are stripped away which makes the denim fade as the undyed core appears.
