Crown RM 6000:
Reach and retract cushioning inoperable

I have a crown reach truck, the reach does not cushion in either direction, another truck identical will cushion, slow down the reach extend and slow down the retract a few inches from the end of travel, the truck I am working on will not cushion and will make a violent smash on both reach and retract.
I've tried calibrating the reach sensor, and adjusting the cushioning but nothing changed, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You can adjust the cushion settings in the Performace Settings menu, just like how you can set speeds. 0 is no cushion and 9 is max. Id recommend making all the performace settimgs identical to the other RM you have to ensure it is working the same.
