RDX30 BT prime mover

Hi All,
Need help with prime mover RDX30

need to adjust the rear caster load wheel.
some reason driver wheel keep spinning, after we replace both wheels
drive and rear load wheel
like to know how to adjust the spring, anyone knows how to adjust them.
