Anyone out there familiar with model # W3RTN-42-29-150-4, Serial # 851-W3RTN-573? Got a call from a new customer- main hoist cyl is pouring out hyd oil. Has a standard upright w/ single hoist cyl mounted in the center of the uprights.

Question is- where is the packing located- at the top of the barrel or the bottom of the ram. I need to figure out if the entire cyl has to be removed or if I can just drop packing in from the top.

Any help is greatly appreciated- thanks in advance!

Thanks for the input- I had no idea this lift was that old. It's in great condition- other than being a resistor set up it it doesn't give up it's age- it must be a woman ;)

Your are going to be hard pressed to find anyone that knows much about these and about the only way you would be able to look up parts is if you had the paper manual or micro fiche. Then it is doubtful that they would even know how to look them up. I havent worked for a Raymond dealer for over 20 years and these were old back then.
