serial EZ-D-03-28452
error code 5G. not too sure on the operational issues but it has shown a 59 code also.

Does anyone have any ideas?

after the local Raymond tech inspected and diagnosed a blown traction amp, we looked a little deeper and found 2 dry solder joints inside the main plug for the amp. Saved around $3g's...

These are both CAN BUS errors. Make sure to check for shorts to frame and battery voltage to frame. Check your connections at the traction and lift amplifiers and also for the lit LEDs on both. If it's intermittent it can sometimes be caused by the K3 relay or the relay card itself.
