Raymond 8400:
Raymond 8400 no lift. Hours flash 0

I have 8400 pallet jack. it drives forward and reverse good but has no lift. After turning on the green battery light flashes and it's just a zero is shown. Fully charged battery and no change. Thanks for any advice.

Yes Patrick is right. Your battery may not hold at 25.3 volts minimum. 8400's are fussy, want fully charged battery. Seeing a lot of new batteries that wont attain 25.3....
You may need to lower your BSOC settings

Use a volt meter to check your battery voltage at rest and under load verify the battery is good. Check the specific gravity of the cells. If the battery is good the bdi did not reset, put the battery on charge for about 30 seconds, then unplug it quick and plug it into the machine, that should reset the bdi.
