Questions about the Raymond 5600 lift truck Can-BUS

I'm a newbie and I have a Raymond 5600 lift truck that I need to set up with flashware. What kind of equipment do I need to connect it to the forklift? As far as I know, I need a 9-pin serial cable and a CAN-bus box. What are the specific models? Thanks for your help.

You need Ramond Flashware Software also
Flashware compatibility varies by model and controller version. Even within the same model, older units may not be supported. Check the manual or contact Raymond with the serial number to confirm.
