Discussion:
PSI 2.4L Engine coolant leak.

Hi All
First post on here so go easy!
Got a minor coolant leak dripping from the lower timing cover/crank pulley area. Stripped everything down to expose the timing belt etc and it looks to be leaking from the water pump gasket.
After reading a few posts on here it looks like an expensive and involved job.
Can somebody confirm the procedure and OE part number for the kit please? A Workshop manual would be very much appreciated.

Hey Big,

The 2.4 PSI engine has a complicated timing system that requires certain tools to set correctly. I would leave this repair to a qualified tech. Good Luck

The hard to do we do right away. The impossible just takes a little longer.
