PROBLEM IN SEVCON CONTROLLER - LIFTOW75 POWER PUSH

Omnihandling is an aircraft support company and we have equipment at our station in Beja/portugal with a fault that we are unable to resolve,
the equipment has a SEVCON SN 662-17555 controller with a hand control accelerator, when we select the Forward/Backward movement the machine does not advance progressively, immediately activating maximum speed.
-Can someone please give me a clue as to where the problem could be?
-Where can I buy a controller and a handcontrol?
-Can anyone send me the manual for the Sevcon 66217555 controller

thanks.
