SOLD A USED E60Z TO MY CUSTOMER THE PASSWORD WAS CHANGED I CAN'T GET TO DIAGNOSTICS I AM LOOKING FOR SOFTWARE TO GET IN CAN ANYONE HELP

you won't get the software unless you work for a dealer and have been through certification training.
call your local hyster dealer and have them send a tech out with a laptop so it can be changed back to default.
