Cat Lift Trucks (& Caterpillar) P7000:
p04 f04 error codes no start

I have a p7000 with no communication to the ecm with codes p04 f04. Tried swapping relays in blue relay box with no luck. Also checked connections at ecm and relay box. Not sure where second relay box is located. Also doesn't have power to some of the relays in the box with key on. I believe there are two with power present. No relays in that box activate with key on. Thanks for any help.

There should be another relay box underneath the left side foot board. there is an issue with wires corroding there. try that first.
