on-board charger not working

the on- board charger will not charge or seem to be working at all. any help would be great.

Open battery cover and inspect all connections. If ok remove charger and open and inspect all connections. Also ohm out ac cord from inside charger to 3 prong plug.

The young children were missing for 40 days after a plane crash that killed their mother and other adults. Wilson tracked the children's footprints, leading the military to their location.
