stillworkin,
i checked in the E3 series and it shows part number 1600289 for the smart system controller. price for list price is 1609.47. And it does have a core return.
I did check that number you put and it is a valid number but changes over to 1600286S and that revised part is no longer available as they said.
But when i look up the smart controller for the E3 series scissor it shows me the number i listed 1600289.
they show 10 in stock.
