Unicarriers (& Nissan) PO2:
Not switching off

I have an electric truck that does not switch off when the key switch is turned off, I must unplug the battery and then plug it back in again. I have stripped the dash panels and cleaned all the printed circuits, everything else works fine.

has anyone added any after market devices? headlights, a cb radio? someone other than the dealer added back up alarm or rear work lights?
somewhere someone tapped into and crossed a wire? it sounds like a relay is staying energized (on) and providing a circuit or a crossed wire providing a "back-feed".
