no vaccum at carburetor

Model comblift c6000.Truck fitted with impco gas parts.Truck not starting sparking side OK.
Replaced gas regulater and filter unit.
Checked pipes ok.when turning over there is no vaccum been made to operate gas to come into carb.

Where are you checking for vacuum? What mixer is installed? The by-products (heavy ends) in LP which cause the regulator & shut off solenoid to fail also gum up the mixer- causing the diaphragm inside to remain "stuck" in the closed position- not allowing air or fuel to get to the engine
