No travel

Hello,

Got a lift that lifts, steers but does not tavel. Any ideas what would cause all hydraulics to work but not travel? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Lots...I've worked on skyjacks for over 25 years...start with the free wheeling valve if it's making the sound when you activate drive
