No travel

I was working on a electric Yale today that had no travel. I replaced the forward and reverse lever switch in the seat but still won't go in forward or reverse. It looks like it's throwing a code -01. I'm pretty sure the switches in the steering column are good. What should I look at next

The control card is not seeing the signal from the seat switch.
