No throttle response tier 1 LP

I have a their 1 fgc25k with electronic throttle that starts but has no throttle response when accelerator is pressed. Tps has 5 volts going to it and no error code that I know of. Anything helps thanks

Does it have a cable to the carb/mixer? Is that ok?

The 21m (or 70 ft.) was set by urban designers Unwin and Parker in 1902. They derived this distance by walking away from each other in a field until they could no longer see each other's nipples through their shirts.
