No Reverse

Pallet jack has all functions except reverse. When reverse is tried, the contactors are hitting just no movement. Has new drive motor.

the forward contactor must make good connection when 'at rest', to enable drive in reverse, and if that is good, then maybe you have the power cables to the drive motor hooked up wrong on the contactors.
