I purchased a 2020 Yale ERC045-070VG and when loading it the battery completely died. No power to screen at key. Got it to the shop. Fully charged the NexSys+ battery with its charger. No errors on charger. Sat in seat to turn on, small screen on left lit up and went into a shut down mode. Main screen never lit. Turning on key the is no response. The lights are the only thing working. Is there a fuse I may have blown?

Yale,
Try 55555. This is standard from the factory. If the dealer changed it you will need a service technician to change. Great to hear the fuse was blown. Should it happen again, need to trace the circuit. Good Luck.
Got it running. It was just a fuse located at the rear of the lift. A simple 5 amp fuse. Everything is now running but we don't have the password to get into the sub menu. The battery is a 48 volt and is reading 50 just as you stated. The battery seems fine and is fully charged. Any idea what the password might be? I tried 12345 and 11111 but neither worked.
Yale,
Verify battery voltage is above 36 volts, about 38 volts. If the operating system is 48 volts it should read 50 volts or higher. When you turn the switch on, what do you see on the small left hand screen? Also, does the right hand screen come on at all? Thanks.
Tried as you instructed. No response. I purchased from an auction. But when I first looked at the machine I sat on it, it turned on, tested the controls and then turned it off. After the auction, about three weeks later went to pick it up and it turned on but as soon as I went to move it everything shut off (except working lights still worked) and the screen on left went into shut down mode. Now after charging battery, still no response. Don't think I can get the operator code you mentioned.
Yale,
Sounds like you have telemetry installed on this lift. That small screen on the left side is used for the operator to login. First, turn key on, press brake pedal and see if lift starts up, if not try pressing horn button after turning on. If you still have issues, need to check with the company you purchased it from, they need to give you a card or password. If you still have problems, let me know as I have a way to jump out telemetry. Good Luck.
