So I have this truck that will not lift unless it is full throttle or lower at all. has all new mini levers that show in service tool and on the dash of running the full sweep. but i am only getting 5 volts to the solenoids.. tilt and 3ed function work as they should. when looking at the amps going down i'm getting 0 at lower and.5 at lift.
any help would be appreciated
