i have a c3500 cat forklift with no hydraulics or movement if starts and runs it worked good until one of my guys washed it with a garden hose i purchased a used ecm with identical model # but same issue i have a P03 & P07 code on dash i looked under the dash and noticed one connection looked melted that hooked up to the light switch lights still work. would the used ecm have to be reprogrammed for my forklift any input would be greatly appreciated
