No hydraulics

I just purchased an old Komatsu forklift FB 15SH-5, when I purchased it old mate said it had a hydraulics problem, I charged the batteries and the hydraulics worked for about 5 minutes and haven't worked again, the fluid is full. Any help would be appreciated.
