if you have a handyman tester use it to check the #2 rec and use a vom and check the snubbers on the spider block first.
The 2 rec's are notorious for causing issues like this, they will go out before the #1 does usually, this is why it is listed for the possible cause first before the 1rec.
When you use the handyman there is a test mode for hi voltage bleed thru , do that test and if you see the light light or even blip then replace the scr.
just make sure you double check all the connections before replacing any.
Indication of Fault The hydraulic pump control does not operate.
Possible Cause Malfunction of SCR 2 circuit.
Check for a short circuit across SCR 2.
Check for a short circuit across the suppressor for SCR 2.
Check for an open circuit across SCR 2 or an open gate lead to SCR 2.
Malfunction of SCR 1 circuit.
Check for an open circuit or loose connections between SCR 1 and PZ8 (white/blue wire).
Check for an open circuit or loose connections between SCR 1 and D3 suppressor and PZ9 (blue wire).
Malfunction of SCR 1.
An open or bad gate circuit to SCR 1. No easy test is possible. Replace SCR 1 after the other checks have been done and no other problem is found.
SCR 1 in the hydraulic pump controller does not go to ON correctly.
