Crown SCF6000:
No fwd and rev , event code 128

Dear ALL !
Please , could you help me with traubleshooting Crown SCF6000 ?
We do not have service centre here in Turkmenistan and I as an electronic engineer was resently involved for a repair this track.
Machine was washing by a water after that it doesn't start to work.
I disconnected all connectors from the main harness , checked them visually for a water presence - everything was OK. Then , I did an insulation test - each harness wire to the chassis - it was used Fluke megger with a test range 100 VDC - again , insulation test was OK.
I didn't a continuety test because I haven't a unit circuit diagram.
So , finally , I recconected all of connectors and started the machine - and , as it was expected - no any changes - after start everything looks good but it is going till you pressig an acceleration pedal - the control unit on the front indicates wrench and error code is 128.
Also , after start up , during manipulation by any levers , for an example - moving the fork to the right - again wrench and error code is 248.
An additional rising events - 302 , 307 and 310.

Many thanks for your time

Dear ALL !

The problem was narroved to ECR3 bearing sensor - an amplitude of signal channel A in three time less then amplitude cannel B. Probably , an external pull up resistor added to channel A will help for the first time just for troubleshooting.

Many thanks for your time
