Good day,
I have a Toyota 42-5FG25 (S/N: 405FGU25-78696) with a 4Y engine under the hood. It's running LPG.
Due to corrosion, I had to run a new positive cable from the battery to the starter. After doing so the relay that controls the fuel lock-off (The odd little cylindrical one behind the battery) is no longer getting powered when the ignition is activated. If I power the lock-off directly, the truck starts and runs without issue.
I will mention that there are two additional leads coming off the positive terminal; one of which goes to the loom behind the battery but is energized as far as I can check. The other lead goes to the instrument cluster on the steering wheel column.
I, unfortunately, do not have an electrical wiring diagram for this machine, I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas as to what might have happened.
Thanks in advance!
