Discussion:
No forword or reverse

I have a truck that has an intermittent problem. When parkbrake is released and I try to go forword or reverse, sometimes in seems as brakes are still applied and truck is trying to go but doesn't move. Let it sit for about 30 minutes or so, try it again and then it will move.
I get no codes, I changed and adjusted swithes at brake valve, hydraulic fluid is full.
Any help is greatly appreciated

I know your deepest secret fear...
J.M.
no drive in forward and reverse after first start up.sometime i can feel it trying to move but not.and does not rev at first as well.
found brake valve block leaking replaced still the same.
but if you push down on the rev pedal very slowly it will move but it wont do it in forward.
when it move in rev then the truck will drive around ok.when truck is turn off then go back to it wont drive unless you press down on the rev pedal very slowly.

my guess is you have a 39x your problem is with the drive motor brakes not releasing, this is normally caused by driver using emergancy foot brake constantly.the bad news is you will probably need the motor resealing ,not cheap
