No Forward/Reverse

Crown SC4000

Hi
Does anyone know where we would start to trouble shoot, no forward or reverse. Their are no error codes, everything else works. The battery gauge goes to zero when the gas pedal is depressed.

This unit has electric brakes so I would see it they are receiving an input to keep them applied. Get the wheels up and see if both are applied? Possible park brake switch or brake pot?

On our Crown SC 4000
After further review of the problem, we realize the front wheels are locked up. So the truck tries to move but can not. Any thoughts?
