Discussion:
NO FORWARD, NO REVERSE

The machine was working fine, I used it for less than couple hours a week, I always check battery and was 36.6 v before use suddenly no forward, no reverse. I charge weekly after that because cell was low and next day same, everything else fine.
Can be switch or master cylinder?

Best thing to do is call the local Crown dealer(I have friends at the Orlando branch), have them come out. They will get the correct control card for you and set up all the features. It's not going to be cheap, but it will be fixed. The display is another "expensive" issue, sorry.

Can't find a sister
The control card is out, inside look sticky all over the circuits ?
I notice I have some calcium deposits on top, around battery.
I check weekly the fluids level on cells and ad distilled water when I see low level ( grid is showing, I ad enough to just cover) before charging, leave open without caps, could be a reason?

Do you have a sister truck to swap out the control card and see if the problem moves to the other truck? If you smell something getting hot (electrical smell), your in the right area. Pull out the control card and look inside at the circuit board, if there is any sign of being wet (calcium deposits)....then I would replace it. Your new card will come pre-loadedwith specific values, and you will need the LX handset for your specific truck setup

I have bad news
The contactors are fine but the motherboard is hot and smelly and some signs of rust are in the panel which is weird because the forklift is always inside in a dry place
Can you check the possibility to find a motherboard and panel display ( my forklift display doesn't have or just have few lights, no way to read)

Can you hear the contactors pulling in, or does it do nothing. With the battery unplugged, physically move the fwd/rev contactor tips to make sure they are not welded. If they are pulling in, either the tips are bad, or the inner bushings are worn. You didn't mention and service codes that may flash on the display.
