Jungheinrich EFG 215

Hi all need help , truck model is EFG 215 2013 year model ,
have multiple error codes can you help me identify those codes
1104 , 1205 , 0181 , 1330 , , when starting small contactor switching on display pops ,, with error codes and then main contactor (build in emergency stop) turns on and off immediately , checked all fuses available on truck , before 7 amp fuse has blown and display was not turning on and truck aswell after changing that fuse truck workded about 1 month and then stoped and poped those codes

Basically if your battery is A-okay, I would contact authorized dealer for help on this one. Basically machine is failing self test 0181, has drive controller output phase errors and voltage errors on speed motor speed sensors. You could change speed sensors, but those are notoriously dependent on correct voltage provided by controllers.
