Discussion:
No display, no travel, no lift

Hi Guys, I have a Toyota 7FBEU20 and all of the sudden when backing out of a lift the display went dark and no travel or lift functions working. The back up alarm, horn and strobe light are still working. I have checked all fuses, including the fuse under the passenger side step - all good. the battery is fully charged and has 48v at the connector when unplugged. When battery is plugged in there is only 10v. I removed battery and checked all cables under the tray - all good. I removed the truck side battery cables from the main contactor and pump controller and the voltage reads 48v. Wondering if I have a controller issue? Any Ideas?

I would check for short to ground and short to frame from battery. Then reconnect motor controller and test contactor...if tests good reconnect and check ignition switch and all fuses...have had fuses good but wires behind fuses with shorted wires in the past also. If you have a good battery in another truck...pull good truck next to backwards and hook good battery up...if it works..short to frame or ground through battery

So, you say the battery shows only 10 volts when you plug it in? If you're measuring at the connector, compare the voltage before the battery connector to the after truck connector. Stab the cables if necessary.

The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
