i have no aux fuctions and the horn is on can anyone help

line filter fuse! if the horn button was the problem, then no self test. otm cables have no bearing on the horn, but is the problem 90% of the time.

are the otm aux hoses flexing from hydro pressure?

No aux functions? check your mast cable. If you have some but not all check handle with the Input tests. IF your horn is stuck closed that might be your problem check horn button first.
