Can someone help me??
We found a problem regarding the part number 4000639 - Valve Kit instalation.
Our client gave us the part number 2078039 and after talking with a contact about it he gave me the new part number 40006399 (Hyster).
The installion was ok, it fits perfectly, the problem is after installing they emailed us saying after they installed and it´s working but it seems that all the functions are slower comparing with other equipmenet from same model.
They are asking how to solve this problem and also to send parameters to adjust pressure of the control valve if necessary.
They need the procedure step by step.
