**Need help **

I have a Yale GLP030VXNUSE084
Does not go forward or reverse
the code that comes up is 524225-1 which I'm pretty sure is low pressure forward. Would that cause it not to go in either direction?
Also does any one have a diagram or know what all the sensors do that are on the top of the transmission?

Your code is for the forward pressure reading low. The forward transducer is the one on the left. If your truck was operating normally before this happened you should not need to calibrate the trans. The answer to your question about will this code stop travel in both directions the answer is yes.

Most likely a bad transducer on the trans, it's a pretty common problem. I don't think they are to expensive and they are plug and play, no need for calibration

you will want and need the instructions in the service manual to calibrate the trans, as well as a tape measure, calibration of the transmission, in these trucks, is _not_ -just- punch a button and wait until it says 'ok'. if you have the password, you could clear the codes, then do the calibration next..

"it's not rocket surgery"
Can you check trans pressure if you have no movement and the truck is disabled due to the error code?

If i get the password it should be easy to calibrate trans i would expect that it would have a section in dash that says calibrate and then just click on it right?

you will need the "service" level password. if you don't have it, you will most likely need to have your local Yale forklift dealer send a tech with the laptop to reset it. Since you are going to have to pay for that service, you may as well get him to calibrate the transmission for you. (it is not a trivial series of things to do, but should take less than 1/2 hour for someone who has done it a few times). as far as clearing codes, same thing, you need the correct service level password, which can and does get changed.
