Discussion:
Motor Identification

I have a Hyster H40F S/N B3T1571L.

It currently is leaking from the water pump. Can anyone tell me what the make of the motor is. I beleive it to be a ford. Would parts be available from an automotive supplier?

Also what year was the unit manufactured.

Thanks, Harold

I think that is a Continental G193 with a very expensive water pump that you would probably have to get from a Hyster dealer.
