motor generator heated after 30min. work

Hello everybody. Our company has got STILL R 70-30 with the following problem:
After 30 min.working engine runs emergency mode and starts to move slowly and at the display shows the following Message
"МОТ/GEN/TEMP 167"
Where is the problem and please help me to solve it.
