Toyota 32-8FG25:
Modifying safety feature parameters

So we just got a couple of brand new 32 8fg25's and they are great, but we're having issues with a safety feature being a bit overzealous, eg when I lift a 1.2t pack onto a truck with like a 5degree incline on the ground.. the feature that limits engine revs when the mast extends and releases the sensor switch at the top of the mast is actually limiting the revs so much that I'm unable to actually move forward at all... is there any way to alter the parameters of this feature... ie let it have more rpm or raise the weight limit required to trigger this feature?
It also occurred yesterday trying to put 8 empty pallets on a roughly 4 meter high surface... why this triggered it I don't know... they only weighed like 200kg, but again all the revs dissapeared and I couldn't move until I put them down... I get where this stuff comes from... like if I tried driving around at full speed with the fork in this configuration I would definitely roll... but it seems a bit much that I can't move forward and backward like this... and I'm worried the boss will have the rental company take them back and we will end up on some other machine(toyota fanboy of 20 years here)

I'll be speaking to the tech when he comes out but that's not for 2 weeks
