mitsubishi fd35 serial no 19A00178 Slow to move back or ahead

Hi anyone know whats wrong with my forklift,it is very slow to move either back or ahead especially when its cold,sent it away to be fixed and it has come back the same way they replaced the torque converter and put new pump,cost the price of a new forklift at this stage!and its leaking oil out steering column now as well,any ideas? thanks Gerr
