Discussion:
Mitsubishi FB18KT Slow Speed

HI we have this truck which doesn't have any ID plate so cannot provide serial. Its the same as cat trucks with twin drive Shunt motors and uses the gold logic card on the back along with a driver pcb and H Bridge card.

The truck works ok just max speed it goes up to is 6km Per hour, it used to go to 14kph.
No error codes. I went through settings option 11 is set to 0 so no speed limit is activated. Changed settings option 8 and 9 to 3 which is max.

Both motors are working. Can anyone suggest what could have reduced the speed and restricted it to minimum speed of 6kph?

Any input would be of great help.

thanks

I would raise and secure the mast. Visually inspect the wiring to the traction motors. I had a lot of problems there. I would also check park brake switch and foot brake switch.

No Lights showing on the dash for motor brushes. Can the steer pot be calibrated as I could not see any steer pot options.

Will double check motor sensors against each other on Thursday.

Thanks

Traction motors brush wear or temp sensors /wiring. Or maybe steer pot.

Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
