message on the dash

I have a S50FT that the dash is saying, TRANS BRAKE LIMITED, USE BRAKES, and the trans temp light comes on. no codes. fluid is good. only drove for about ten minutes when the light comes on, also blew the radiator and tranny cooler out. It has the GM 2.4 eng in it. any thoughts on a fix?

Do you have a service level password for the dash? If you do you can check trans temp. If you do not I would change the temp sender.

Fact of the week
The Horsey Horseless was an early automobile prototype invented in 1899 by Uriah Smith, a Seventh-day Adventist preacher, in Battle Creek, Michigan. A wooden horse head and neck was attached to the front of the vehicle, as it was believed to prevent frightening horses on the road.
