Message 35 and 33

Hello, I'm working on a Cat EP18K.
sn: 25111
Year of construction: 1999
The code 35 comes most, 33 occasionally.

Sometimes I get code 35 immediately if I turn the ignition on, sometimes I get it after a couple of times lifting. With a little luck I can lift a few times. Before the code is displayed, you can hear the pump running irregularly. The ampheres will be short up.
TVH has tested the board and has it approved.

I've replaced the IGBT of the liftcontrol and the matching current sensor.

The machine has the same codes as at the beginning.
Does anybody know what the cause of the problem may be?

Mesuring IGBT:
E (lifting) 0,26 Volt
With code I get:
0,83 Volt
0,5 Volt and 0,51 Volt
Strange noise from pump motor and high Amphéres.

At 0,4 Volt no code and upon 0,42 Volt I get a code.

Measuring at the G of the IGBT:
-12 Volt
-9 Volt with powersteering
+9 Volt at fully lifting
+12 or +13 Volt with failure code

Fact of the week
According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
