rattles while travling. has anyone had this issue?

Good idea stam. Yes it was costly. We have nearly 40 Raymond lifts where I work. It's costly!

Yikes I bet that was costly.

FYI I use banding trimmed to size for the shims. They charge waaayy too much for a stamped piece of steel.

Thanks I figured it out late this afternoon and ordered all 10 for the rattling section and shims too! I'll let you know how it goes when done.

there are plastic wear pads in various locations that snug it up as long as all the rollers are good.
