I have this narrow aisle unit it has a MOD9/2 error code but without a manual I dont know where to even start looking. Can anyone point me in the right direction while Im waiting on a manual

Need to look at the display for additional info. Should say something like AC1 KO or EV17 shorted. What is the unit doing or not doing. Thanks.
