Loses Travel

Periodically while changing directions or stopping and starting forward or reverse again, a brief message appears on the display "center hand control" and then a beep occurs, a wrench appears on the display and travel is disabled. In order to get travel again you have to turn the key off and recycle the start-up.
Any ideas!

The analyzer menu is built into the truck. To get to it use the access 1 screen down arrow to select "Service" then press the right arrow. Enter the service password. The first menu should be the analyzer, the service manual has a detailed list of the analyzer menus in the Access 123 section.

To see previous codes, re key the truck to get out of the service menu. Then use the down arrow to get to "events" then use the right arrow to enter that menu. It will show the last 12 codes present.

I did not notice a code, and where do I get one of these analyzers, and how expensive are they? And lastly where does it plug in?
Thanks!

Check the code. Depending on code, then proceed with analyzer to see what component/s is failing.

Fact of the week
The black box flight recorder was invented by Australian scientist David Warren in the mid-1950s. While initially met with indifference in Australia, his invention gained international recognition, particularly in the UK, and is now a mandatory piece of safety equipment on all commercial aircraft.
